Avably is being built
Your own website and one planned workspace for bookings, availability, delivery, deposits and returns. Our goal is to help you start taking rentals online in one day.
Join the waitlistNo payment. No commitment. We will get in touch when we are ready to invite the first businesses.
Planned interface concept · Sample data
A sold item leaves the business. A rented item still has to come back — on time, in the right condition and ready for the next booking.
Booking → handover → in transit → return → inspection → available again

At return, someone has to decide what to refund, what to retain and how to explain the amount.
It may be with the customer, with a courier, at a pickup point or waiting for inspection — but there is no single view of where it stands.
Avably is being designed around the full rental cycle, not only the booking.

Equipment
I run an equipment rental business. I know the weekend with two bookings against the same unit, the hunt for the deposit record and the question of whether an item is still with the customer, already in transit or waiting to be checked.
Avably comes from that day-to-day operational need. It is still at an early stage, so I do not want to guess how every rental business works. The first companies will help decide which workflows have to work first.

Common questions
No. A rental website on your own domain is one planned part of Avably. If you already have a website, we will only decide how to connect or replace it after understanding your current setup.
Our goal is to reduce the time needed to start taking rentals online to one day, but this is not yet a guaranteed setup time. The actual timeline will depend on factors such as catalogue size, available data and the rental business’s configuration. The product is still being built, and we will validate this goal with the first businesses.
