Pricing
Pay a subscription, not a cut of every booking
Prices are net; 23% VAT is added on the invoice. 14-day trial, no card. A year up front costs ten instalments instead of twelve, on either plan.
Standard
PLN 199 net / month
Yearly: PLN 1,990 net. That is PLN 398 less than twelve monthly payments.
Everything on this list works today. Check it yourself on the trial, before you pay anything.
A booking calendar that shows free units, and a service window that keeps equipment out of the pool after an inspection
With a card payment the deposit comes off with the order and you give it back in one click; with cash or a transfer you record the collection and the refund yourself, with the amount and the reason for any deduction
The customer pays by card on your site; we take no cut of the transaction (BLIK and Przelewy24 being built)
You send and take back shipments by courier, print the PDF label from the back office, and price delivery from your own rate card
A store site with the editor and your own domain, or the widget and WordPress plugin on the site you already run (there: bank transfer and payment on pickup for now)
A PDF rental agreement, and on every order you can see which customer email went out and which did not
No cap on users, orders or products — the whole crew costs the same
Premium — Coming soon
PLN 399 net / month
Yearly: PLN 3,990 net. Twelve monthly payments would come to PLN 4,788.
Everything in Standard, plus a list on which nothing works yet. That is why we are not selling it: sales open when the first item ships. No dates.
Check-out and check-in protocols: photos of the equipment stay on the order
The rental agreement signed on screen, no printer involved
The invoice issues itself once the order is paid, and goes to KSeF
Seasonal and weekend rates, without editing the price list every Friday
Paid damage cover in the customer's basket: revenue you do not have today
Customer emails go out from your domain instead of ours
Higher public API limits; your tickets go to the front of the queue
No small print
There is no onboarding fee and no annual contract — and nothing to onboard: you open the account by email and click through it yourself. We never take a card, so nothing charges itself after 14 days; subscription payment goes live before the commercial launch, and we will tell you by email first.
We do not sell the Premium list until it works. We show it so you know where the product is going, and can tell us the order is wrong. And your data sits separated from every other business in the database itself, not on the screen — a test checks that on every change to the system.
